Republican voters to choose 2 in county primary

Minnehaha County voters will choose two Republican candidates to run for county commissioner on the November ballot.
The terms of commissioners Dick Kelly and John Pekas are expiring, and each is running for re-election to a four-year term. Also running on the primary ballot is Tim Nicolai.
Voters in the Republican primary will choose two among the three to be on the general ballot in November.
The primary will be held Tuesday, June 5. Those not registered to vote must do so by May 21 to vote in the primary.
